Honor to bring humanoid robot to MWC 2026

We knew that Honor was going to bring its weird robot phone this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
What we didn’t know, however, is that the company is also bringing its first AI-powered humanoid. robot to the show.
Honor announced the news on Monday via a video on the X, featuring both the Robot Phone, its robotic camera, and an unnamed humanoid robot.
“Something revolutionary is about to emerge from the shadows. We’ve combined state-of-the-art robotics with the best mobile experience. The result? Something that has to be seen to be believed,” the company tweeted.

The video actually gives us a decent look at the robot, which looks exactly as you’d expect; a humanoid with a matte black, glass face and a light patch where its eyes should be (the robot also appears to have a single camera on its forehead). In another image (below), sent to Mashable by Honor, the robot is seen from the side.

The head shape on this one is a little odd, but we’ll let it slide for now.

Honor has shared some details with the upcoming robot Bloomberg. Apparently, the robot will be a “service robot” that should be able to help you with your shopping, among other tasks.
Other details are scarce, except that the robot will somehow connect with Honor’s Robot Phone, which will also be shown in Barcelona.
